Can I order an IoT SIM today?
We’re currently accepting project enquiries. Tell us what you’re connecting and where. We’ll confirm suitable hardware, networks, pricing and availability before you place an order.
Will an ordinary travel eSIM work in my device?
It depends on the device and the plan’s terms. A short-term travel product should not be assumed suitable for a permanent installation. We review your device’s provisioning method, network requirements and intended use before recommending a product.
Can devices stay in one country permanently?
We check long-term use permissions for the countries and networks in your deployment. Permanent roaming is a requirement to confirm for your specific project, not a blanket promise of worldwide coverage.
Can I share data across a fleet?
Include that requirement in your enquiry. We’ll assess pooled allowances, per-device limits, reporting and the complete cost of your deployment with our connectivity partners.
Do you support LTE-M, NB-IoT or private networking?
Tell us the network technology and remote-access requirements of your hardware. Support, carrier availability and any additional charges will be confirmed in your proposal.
